Nov 30, 2003 Mini Mill Setup. This forum was really helpfull in setting up my mini-lathe. There was a great thread for tear down and setup and a link to helpfull web sites. I now have a Harbor Freight Mini-Mill and was wondering about tear down and setup? I went to the web links and it seems the mill is better made and needs less work for setup.
