Feb 07, 2020 Lehi Roller Mills has a rich tradition of milling locally grown grains. This once family owned mill has seen it's ups and downs. Under new management it has recently installed new mills. The Roller Mills contract with farmers and do mostly organic milling and sell flour to CA, OR, and WA in bulk.
